Sometimes you're on the road, either for work or vacation and you want to get some Taekwondo training in. What kind of workout should you do? How long should you train? What if you only have 3 sq feet in the corner of your hotel room? We've got the answers here! Every month or so, I'll be doing a new travel training workout for those students who can't make it to class.
Here's the first one...

I travel a lot... THANKS!
I travel a lot, and am always stuck in my hotel room, or worse, in a conference room hallway.
I will be following this, but also want to know what I could do more 'flashy'.
What if I traveled with my Sonja-bongs? on or both? (can I carry them on you think? or bad idea? :) )
Any other thoughts for weapon training while traveling.... anyways, I'll keep watch for more travel training tips.
Traveling with weapons
Traveling with weapons is ok, especially if they keep you motivated to keep training! A few things:
1. This my seem obvious but, if your flying pack them in your checked-in luggage. Don't try to carry them on.
2. If you're driving, it's best to keep martial arts weapons in your trunk.
3. Be respectful of the currently unbroken lamps, furniture, and walls in your hotel room. Try to leave them in the same condition. ;)
