Our stretching and flexibility clinic is this Saturday at 11:30 am. Sign up for the last stretching clinic ever at the school! We're going to work on stretches to improve your Taekwondo kicks as well as other sport-specific stretches. You'll also learn what kind of stretching to do for injury rehabilitation and prevention! The cost is $35.
Update: There will be NO REGULAR CLASSES.
