Black Belt Mentor Workout

On Saturday, January 17th, all black belts are invited to a mentoring workout at 8:30 am. This is a chance for junior ranking black belts to get help from senior ranks! 3rd degrees will get some private time with Mr. and Mrs. Now. Senior ranking black belt will help the junior ranks with their form techniques, sparring combinations, and board breaks. This is a great chance to get help with your material before the next black belt testing. There will be no other classes that day.
